On Tuesday 8th July, the Institute will be hosting a simultaneous interregional event examining Intelligence in Practice. The event will be hosted on university campuses in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch, and students will be invited to join Institute members and the wider intelligence community to discuss the real-world application of intelligence and its impact across a range of contexts. Contributors will include presenters from Ministry for Primary Industries, University of Canterbury, Department of Internal Affairs, Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet, and New Zealand Police.
All sessions will be live-streamed to the other locations, so participants will see each session regardless of where they are attending. Session details will be confirmed by 30 June, and all registered attendees will receive an update email prior to the event.
