- The Advisor, Operational Readiness and Response role sits within the National Operations team of NEMA in Wellington. This team are responsible for leading the operational systems, facilities and infrastructure required to respond effectively to emergencies within New Zealand.
- The purpose of an Advisor, Operational Readiness and Response is to:
- Build and maintain operational capability within NEMA
- Coordinate readiness of the National Crisis Management Centre (NCMC)
- Support the development of operational capability with the range of CDEM stakeholders within the context of the National CDEM Plan.
- As the Advisor, Operational Readiness and Response you will bring the following attributes:
