On Tuesday 21st July, the Institute will host ‘Shaping Better Outcomes Through Shared Insight & Intelligence’, a half-day event delivered simulatneously at university campuses in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. Speakers from across the motu will be brought together through a shared livestream, enabling them to present and engage in one connected discussion across all three locations
Speakers and attendees will explore how shared insight and intelligence can strengthen our understanding of complex, multifaceted issues within Aotearoa New Zealand. Presenters will examine how international developments shape domestic realities, reflect on lessons learned, and consider how different perspectives across the system contribute to clearer, more informed action.

This event will provide an opportunity for open discussion and thoughtful connection between presenters, intelligence professionals and aspiring practitioners. It is available for in-person attendance only, and capacity is limited at each venue. Attendance at any of the venues is free of charge, however, we kindly ask that you register below so we can ensure sufficient catering at each location.
Priority will be given to NZIIP members (please log in before registering) and university students registering with their university email address. If you don’t fall into either category, then you are welcome to register and we’ll add your name to a waiting list. From 16th July, any remaining seats will be allocated to waitlisted registrations on a first come, first served basis.
