Ministry for the Environment | Manatū mō te Taiao release latest intelligence report

April 10, 2024

As required by the Environmental Reporting Act 2015, the Ministry for the Environment is required to produce a three-yearly update about the state of land in Aotearoa New Zealand. The Ministry’s Insights team has developed this report by applying structured analytic techniques to scientific data. The assessments are clearly apparent throughout the report, with substantiating evidence to help the decision-maker understand how the assessments were developed. There is also a section highlighting the knowledge gaps the team had and what actions could be taken to mitigate these in future reports. More information and a copy of the report can be found at this link.
